It’s been so long I did not update any of my cooking videos!
Here we go another easy recipe with ginger.
Out of idea what to cook?
With a ginger , meat / pork / chicken , you can already make a simple dish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients: (In this video I only did for a pax ) the below ingredients can be eaten for 3-4 pax.
200g sliced pork / meat
80g sliced young ginger / julienne
10g sesame oil
Marinade: Seasoning ingredients
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp light soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp corn flour
1.Marinade the pork/meat with the seasoning ingredients.
2.Put sesame oil into pot / wok.
3.Put in ginger and slightly stir fry till fragrant.
4.Lastly add in the meat and add a little water if they are too dry.
You had easily done this dish!
Normally asian , chinese love this dish for lunch / dinner because they are simple and also has the fragrant of ginger.
